The Different Types of Affiliate Marketing to Increase Conversion

Affiliate marketing is a broad term that refers to a sort of on-line revenue share scheme, involving advertising and selling. It dates back to late 1994, when many e-commerce sites started employing the system and finding that it produces fantastic results. Currently, affiliate marketing is actually a serious player within e-commerce strategy.

When an affiliate joins in with an e-commerce merchant of some sort (be it a subscription service, a shopping site etc…) payment is received through referrals done from the affiliate’s website – done through the following methods

Pay-per click systems basically, the affiliate displays adverts on their site and is paid when a customer or internet user clicks on that website

Back in March, I was told by Google that this is a bug , but Google was wrong. At the end of March, I probed Google about this again and Google confirmed , that in some cases, the AdWords title may exceed the 25 title character limit. A new WebmasterWorld thread brings this topic back to life, where we now have AdWords representatives actually telling advertisers how they can realize longer titles in the AdWords ads. For example, this advertiser wanted to have the title "Virtual Assistant Training," but it is 26 characters. So to get around this, he/she uses dynamic keyword insertion to get there. If you search for Virtual Assistant Training you may see an ad with the full 26 character title. I attached a picture, to prove it. There are many issues with using dynamic keyword insertion. How To Podcast Using Wordpress

Podcasting is the next step up from blogging. While blogging is done by armies of pajama-clad ordinary people, podcasting is done by many of these same people, though less often in pajamas, in front of a digital or audio recorder. A good podcast client (for example, Juice, CastPodder, or iTunes) will allow you to subscribe to the RSS/Atom feed of your favorite podcasters and automatically download the content to a computer or to a portable audio player when new items are available.
